Vulcan Ceramics & Chemicals has supplied industrial minerals, bentonite, kaolin, feldspar, zeolite, quartz, activated carbon, zirconium, and specialty chemicals, to domestic and international buyers since 2003. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, Certificate No. QMS/092020/18029, based in Delhi, India.
Our range covers the raw materials behind ceramics, foundry, agriculture, paper, paint, glass, rubber, pharma, cement, aquaculture, and water treatment applications. Some of these materials are standard, off-the-shelf grades. Others are application-specific, purified pharmaceutical grades, washed premium grades, or custom blends, built for a requirement a standard product does not fit. Both are part of how we work, not a tiered offering with one treated as an afterthought.
Most enquiries start with a specific product name. Not all of them end there. Before we quote, we ask what the material is actually going into, what has been used before, and what has or has not worked. Sometimes the answer is exactly the product that was asked for. Sometimes it is a different grade, or a different material entirely, once the real requirement is clear.
That extra step is not a delay tactic. It is the fastest route to a quote that is correct the first time, and it means a recommendation toward a less expensive grade is treated as the right outcome, not a smaller sale. Where a standard product does not fit, we study the current raw material specification and the actual goal, cost, quality, or process efficiency, and propose a tailored clay or mineral blend built around it. This is a consultative process, not a catalog transaction.
Before any bulk order, we support formulation trials, not just samples. A sample confirms what a material is on its own. A trial confirms how it behaves inside your actual process, which is the only way to catch a mismatch before it reaches production rather than after.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, Certificate No. QMS/092020/18029, for the export, import, and trade of earth minerals used across the ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, paper, paint, and agriculture industries. This reflects documented, repeatable process consistency. For batch-specific documentation, such as a Certificate of Analysis, we provide that separately on request.
